What we did last weekend.



Worked in the yard, putting in a shade garden. Spenser helped....And then we rewarded ourselves with pizza on the grill.



Buffalo mozarella and pancetta



Gruyere and carmelized onions.

Amy, how are you feeling these days? I'm working on our shade garden as well (little by little anyway). Those pizzas look yummy! Why is it called buffalo mozzarella anyway?

It's made with buffalo milk and it has a ton more flavor than regular mozzarella. Look for it at Whole Foods the next time you are in Madison.

Isn't this time of year wonderful? I can't believe how quickly Spenser is growing and getting cuter every day!

Those pizzas look delicious. We are FINALLY getting a Whole Foods here opening in a few short months. I can't wait :)
